Publication rules
- Every candidate in the same contest receives the same questions, instructions, word limits, and response deadline.
- Participation is optional. “No verified response published” is a status, not criticism.
- Answers are published substantially as submitted. Safety, privacy, or formatting edits are disclosed.
- Each response shows who submitted it, when it was received, when identity was verified, and whether it was later amended.
- Campaign statements are never presented as independently verified facts unless an original source separately supports them.
- Judicial candidates receive a version adapted to judicial ethics and restrictions on commitments about future cases.

- Accountability: What records, meetings, or performance measures should the public be able to review?
- Disagreement: Describe a substantive disagreement that changed or refined your approach.
- Voter context: What should voters understand about your candidacy that is not captured by a résumé or campaign slogan?

Candidate participation
The submission and identity-verification workflow is being prepared before invitations are sent. No questionnaire answers will be accepted anonymously or published without confirming that the responder is authorized to speak for the candidate.
Candidates can use the correction and missing-information form to identify their profile and request participation. Requests do not affect profile prominence or other coverage.
