Tell us what appears incorrect, provide the strongest original source you have, and avoid including a residential address or other unnecessary personal information.

What happens after a report

  1. Queued:The report receives a reference number.
  2. Reviewed:The contested field is checked against the supplied source and the site’s source hierarchy.
  3. Resolved:Verified changes are published with a new checked date; unsupported requests remain unpublished.

Urgent registration, polling-place, or official-ballot questions must go directly to the appropriate county election office.
